Having dealt with many health issues I decided it was time to take my health into my own hands. This started my on an education journey that has led me to here.

I support you by working on supporting your gut health, hormone balance, blood sugar balance and weight management which is all very relatable to me. The majority of health challenges all have their roots in these areas of our body. Travelling this road to optimal health and wellness is such an exciting and rewarding journey!

FAQs for the Metabolic BalanceĀ® Program


How do I get started?

For the Metabolic BalanceĀ® Program please book an initial 30 minute consultation. Prior to this session we will send you a video to watch that breaks down the Metabolic BalanceĀ® Program and everything that goes along with it.

For the Healthy Hair Program please contact us via button above or email natalie@beepicwithnatalie.ca and all other FAQ’s other than the Package Rates and Cancellation Policy do not apply to this program.

How long is each session?

The initial consultation is 30 minutes. This gives us the time to answer any questions, once you have watched the introductory video, and determine when you would like to start.

The next two sessions will be one hour in length.

The first one is a comprehensive dive into your health concerns, foods like and dislikes, movement routine and sleep routine.

The next one we present your Individualized Meal Plan and discuss how you will start implemeting this.

The next three sessions will be 30 minutes in length.

The first one is around the 17 day mark to assess progress, answer any questions and move you into the next phase of your Meal Plan.

The next one is around the 6 week mark to assess progress, answer any questions and see how close you are to your goal.

The last one is at 12 weeks, which is the end of the program. We celebrate how far you have come and determine next steps to maintain your goal.

Additional time can be purchased if more appoitnments are needed.

What should I prepare before our first meeting?

To make the most of our time together, be sure to watch the video I sent to you, Also, please take a few moments to think about your main health goals and challenges. If you have any relevant documentation or tests from your medical provider you’d like to discuss, having those ready will help us dive right in.

How often should we schedule sessions?

The frequency is listed above in the How long is each session FAQ.

Do you offer package rates?

We offer two packages at this time:

The Metabolic BalanceĀ® Program is a fixed rate for a 12 week program. Additional time, that may be required at the end of the program, will be discussed at that time as it is very individualized.

The Healthy Hair package is a fixed rate for a nutrtion coaching session, a 7 day meal plan, a shopping list and recipes to support you as you begin this journey.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that schedules can change unexpectedly. We request 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid any charges. For last-minute emergencies, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your situation.
