Natalie’s Metabolic Balance Journey
August 18, 2025, this is the day I started my Metabolic Balance Journey. I am sharing this here, even though it is very personal to me, so that you can see my results with this wonderful, and honestly life changing, program. Follow along here as I share my progress.
Day 1 of my journey, the often embarrasing “before photos” that, honestly are necessary!
I am also sharing the readings from my FitTrack Scale that, as you can see, records more than my weight. As part of my business I do provide my clients with a different brand of bioelectrical impedance scale to record their progress in the Metabolic Balance program.





September 1, 2025
As of today I have lost 5.8lbs.
I will start sharing my new scale look on September 8, 2025, 3 weeks after my start date. This will be with the same scale that I purchase for my clients to track their progress.
September 8, 2025
At the 3 week mark I have lost 7.3lbs. My knees are thanking me, my sleep is better and I am feeling more energized. I know that this is because my body is being fueled by the foods that align with it, which makes all the difference.

September 15, 2025
I am at the 4 week mark and you will see that my weight is the same as last week. This is great and I will tell you why. Last week, on Tuesday, was the anniversary of my mum’s passing and it turned out to be a tough week for me. I tried to stick to my personalized nutrtion plan, some days it was okay, other days not so great. Thanks to the changes in my metabolism (because I am eating the right foods for my body) my short detour from healthy eating did not have a negative impact on my body.
Here is what I know … we are all human, we all have challenges that can set us back and lead us on a path that we are not meant to follow. When we have the tools and support to help us get back on the right path our journey can continue as we want it to. I have learned to give myself grace knowing I am doing the absolute best I can. I am at the 5 week mark and I have lost a total of 8.1lbs and I am feeling great! I can see my weight shifting and can feel it when I walk and I move around in bed. It is much easier to move my body. I am excited for my future as I continue to gradually lose more weight adjusting my lifestyle to support my wellness journey.
I have started walking around my yard, something that was difficult to do when my knees were hurting a lot more. My nourishment changes from my personalized nutrtion plan, based on my personalize blood results, is truly giving me the foods that support what my body needs. The fact that I am more active and not paying the price with additional pain is such a win!
