Chocolate Pudding Delight

If you are looking for a delicious, quick and easy dessert this one should be your choice!

Ingredients:

Epicure Chocolate Pudding

2 cups milk, dairy or plant based

Strawberries

Epicure Summer Berry Dip Mix

Directions:

Step 1:

Mix the Epicure Chocolate Pudding Mix with 2 cups of milk.

Whisk together, continually whisking for 2 minutes

Divide the pudding mix into 4 serving cups or  small mason jars.

Put into the fridge for 10 minutes.

Step 2:

Cut up 1 cup of strawberries into small pieces.

Step 3:

Take your chocolate pudding out of the fridge, top with as many of the chopped strawberries as you like!

Step 4:

Sprinkle Epicure Summer Berry Mix over top

Step 5:

Enjoy!

Dulce de Leche

This quick and easy pudding mix makes the most creamy and delicious pudding in just 12 minutes!

Ingredients:

Epicure Dulce de Leche Pudding Mix

2 cups milk, dairy or plant based

Directions:

Step 1:

Mix the Epicure Dulce de Leche Pudding Mix with 2 cups of milk.

Whisk together, continually whisking for 2 minutes

Divide the pudding mix into 4 serving cups or  small mason jars.

Put into the fridge for 10 minutes.

Step 2:

Top as you wish and enjoy!

We serve with shredded dark chocolate and sometimes add whipped cream. For a great non-dairy option select the Silk Coconut Milk based whipped cream!

Cran Lemon Loaf

Moist, delicious, wholesome and oh so easy to make.

Ingredients:

3 eggs
34 cup plain Greek yogurt, we use Oat Milk Based Yogurt
12 cup oil + more for brushing
13 cup icing sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice

Preparation:

Step 1:

Lightly oil  Rectangular Steamer or your favourite loaf pan with the Basting Brush or brush or your choice.

Step 2:

In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, yogurt, and oil. Stir in mix. Scrape batter into steamer.

Step 3:

Cook in microwave for 8 min on power level 8, uncovered. Rest in steamer for 6 min; invert onto Cooling Rack to cool. Or, bake in preheated 350° F oven for 45 min. Cool in pan 10 min, then unmold.

Step 4:

To make glaze, mix icing sugar with lemon juice. Drizzle over warm loaf.
