Meet the Practitioner

Having dealt with many health issues I decided it was time to take my health into my own hands. This started my on an education journey that has led me to here.

I support you by working on supporting your gut health, hormone balance, blood sugar balance and weight management which is all very relatable to me. The majority of health challenges all have their roots in these areas of our body. Travelling this road to optimal health and wellness is such an exciting and rewarding journey!

How do I get started?

Select the program that meets your health and wellness needs

How long is the Holistic Nutrtion Consultation?

We meet for one hour. This is often a virtual meeting via Google Meet. If you are local to me I have an office on Wednesday’s in Moncton where I see clients.

Additional time can be purchased if your would like to continue meeting.

What should I prepare before our meeting?

Ideally you can have a food journal of what you have eaten, be honest, over the past 5 days with times listed. There is no judgement here, I need to understand your eating habits, food likes and dislikes and when you like to eat your meals.

Provide to me any medical tests you have recently had that you would like me to review. This may happen after our appointment.

Bring, or have a list handy, of any supplements and prescription medication you are taking or applying to your skin.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that schedules can change unexpectedly. We request 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid any charges. For last-minute emergencies, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your situation.
